       馬德里商標(biāo)國際注冊，即根據(jù)《商標(biāo)國際注冊馬德里協(xié)定》（Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下簡稱“馬德里協(xié)定”）或《商標(biāo)國際注冊馬德里協(xié)定有關(guān)議定書》（Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks）（以下簡稱“馬德里議定書”）的規(guī)定，在馬德里聯(lián)盟成員國間所進(jìn)行的商標(biāo)注冊。

        “馬德里聯(lián)盟”是指由“馬德里協(xié)定”和“馬德里議定書”所適用的國家或政府間組織所組成的商標(biāo)國際注冊特別聯(lián)盟。

        截至 2019 年9月，馬德里聯(lián)盟共有106個締約方，覆蓋121個國家。中國、美國、德國、法國、英國、意大利、日本、韓國、俄羅斯、澳大利亞、瑞士等世界主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體都是馬德里聯(lián)盟成員。
